b. Elaboration
o Teachers give students the opportunity for some people take turns presenting stories of successful people that they get in front of the class.
o Other students are welcome to give feedback, suggestions and comments about the story presented.

o Students were asked to identify the personality characteristic that an entrepreneur should possess.
o Teachers guide students in drawing conclusions from the discussion.

o Teacher explains the plan of activities to understand the principles of 3D (Work hard, work smart, and work sincerely)
o Teachers guide students to understand the principles of 5C (Continuitas business, capasitas operations, quality operations, credibilitas business and business collateral.)
b. Elaboration
o Teacher divides students into 4 groups.
o The teacher gives the task of discussing, students are given the opportunity to discuss the group understand the problems that are given and added some explanations and descriptions that are considered necessary.
o Then proceed with a class discussion, one group came forward as a presenter and other groups as commentator.
c. Confirmation
o Teachers guide students in discussion.
o In class discussion, group commentator give suggestions, comments and criticisms to the group renderer/presenters/presenter.
o Group presenters receive and respond to suggestions and criticism of commentator.
o Students discuss the class to get a summary and get a better understanding of the issues raised.

o The teacher explains the principles and objectives of the SWOT
o Teachers informed about: aspects of technical, economic, social and security in starting a business.
o Teachers guide students to understand the sense of strength (kekuatan), weakness (kelemahan), opportunity (peluang), meaning threats (hambatan) in SWOT analysis.
b. Elaboration
o Teacher divides students into 4 groups.
o Teachers give students the task group to conduct group discussions to formulate and create a SWOT analysis by choosing a problem processing business pineapple / banana etc.
o Furthermore, in class discussions. One by one group read a SWOT analysis which they set in front of the class.
c. Confirmation
o In class discussion, group commentator give suggestions, comments and criticisms to the renderer/presenters, in connection with the SWOT analysis that they make.
o Group presenters receive and respond to suggestions and useful criticism of commentator improve their SWOT analysis is bunk.
o After discussion, each group improved SWOT analysis pursuant to the approved class discussions, and collect the results of his work to the guidance counselor.
